Customer own data

As a provider of services, we may receive, process or store certain information, including personal data, on behalf of our customers. All such information ("Customer Data") is owned and controlled by our Customers: In accordance with EU data protection law, they are the data controllers of this information. Customer Data may include information from endpoints and other systems, tools or devices that Customers manage or monitor through our Services, as well as end-user data related to individual activities on Customer's network and systems. It may also include event logs, end user information (such as IP address, email address, and computer name), and other data if relevant to a support or service request. Dynamicsproject.com is a data processor with respect to customer data. This means that Dynamicsproject.com processes Customer Data based on instructions from its customers. When Dynamicsproject.com receives a request from a data subject, Dynamicsproject.com may refer it to its customer, as the customer is the data controller of the customer data.

Data about our customers and users of our websites

Dynamicsproject.com is a global group of companies, and we may share personal information with our affiliates in the course of our business and administration of the Services. Settlement of Privacy Shield disputes

We invite individuals from the EU and Switzerland to contact us at info@dynamicsproject.com with questions or complaints about how we process their personal information under the Privacy Shield. We will endeavor to resolve your concern as soon as possible, and in any event within 45 days of receipt.

If you are a citizen of the EU or Switzerland and cannot resolve a complaint through one of the above avenues, you may be able to seek binding arbitration through a Privacy Shield Committee in accordance with the Privacy Shield Framework at www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=How-to-Submit-a-Complaint.
